Adobe Fireworks
This course teaches students the fundamentals of using Fireworks to design high-quality images for the Web. It introduces students to bitmap and vector graphics, file formats, and how to create and save documents. Students will use the Fireworks tools to magnify images, select objects, draw paths, crop images, customize strokes, and fill objects. Students will draw bitmap images, import and retouch bitmap images, apply and create colors, and add and modify text to the images. Finally, students define optimization settings and export the images to JPEG and GIF formats.
