Google Sheets Introduction / Fundamentals

 

Overview –

Google Sheets is a web-based spreadsheet application that allows you to create and edit spreadsheets online while collaborating with other users. Sheets have many features, including built-in formulas, charts and graphs, conditional formatting options, and pivot tables. Sheets is compatible with Microsoft Office Excel files.

 

Lesson 1: Creating a Basic Sheets Worksheet

·         Identify the Elements of the User Interface (Google Sheets Editor)

            --Toolbar options, navigating to other Google apps like Docs or Slides

            --Open File Picker to access other Google drive for other Sheets

·         Work with Cells, Enter Data
