Effective March 12, 2020, all instructor-led classes at our offices can be taken LIVE ONLINE.  Same trainers, same outlines and same small classes (7 or less) and you can always take the in-person version at no added cost when the "coast is clear" (for classes offered at our physical offices only).

Also, $50 off any one-day class and $100 off any two-day classes if you opt for the live online option (that is offered at our physical locations only).

This course covers diversity in the workplace for employees, supervisors, team leaders and managers. Students will learn what diversity is and how it influences their relationships with others, and how to differentiate between-and overcome-stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination.

Students learn how communication skills help in managing a diverse workforce and how diversity influences relationships between co-workers. The manual is designed for quick scanning in the classroom and filled with interactive exercises that help ensure student success.
